She writes, "I don't know if this would be helpful to anyone but I thought I would share it. I just got put in the primary presidency and cannot stand the millions of papers I have to sort through for who has sharing time, who has a birthday, a baptism, who is conducting, who is doing the teacher appreciation gift that month, etc.. There is to much to remember so I tried throwing everything onto one piece of paper per month. Hopefully someone will get use out of this.  Oh and the floating column can be deleted, I don't know if other wards do this but we always have the person conducting and doing sharing time stay in the Primary room and then the counselor not doing either floats around to the classrooms to make sure everything is running smoothly and there are no teachers missing.
